TELUS Health is looking for passionate EAP Counsellors to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will provide essential short-term counselling services to a diverse client base. You will leverage innovative technology tools to manage administrative tasks efficiently, helping you focus on client connection and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide brief interventions to diverse clients

• Efficiently manage administrative tasks using clinical tools

• Collaborate in team meetings while sharing insights

• Adapt counselling approaches to fit personal styles

• Foster meaningful relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health

• Active member with OPQ or OPSQ

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience

• Strong time management skills

• French proficiency required; bilingual is a plus
