Work EnvironmentThis role offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to provide therapy and support to clients from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will have access to advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems that streamline documentation and facilitate efficient communication with other healthcare providers.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through interviews and standardized assessments.
- Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance abuse.
- Providing regular follow-up sessions, ensuring clients receive the tools and strategies needed to manage their mental health effectively.
- Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that emphasize culturally responsive techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Referring clients to additional healthcare resources, including psychiatrists when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this role must possess:
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse client populations.
