Job Description Part-Time/Fully Remote Registered Dietitian PositionRD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our network of exceptional clinicians. You will have the ongoing support of our dedicated team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
OverviewThis part-time opportunity offers a flexible, fully remote schedule supporting an outpatient pediatric feeding program. The position focuses on nutrition assessments, caregiver education, and interdisciplinary collaboration for children on the autism spectrum with food selectivity and sensory-related feeding challenges.

Compensation$32.00–$38.00 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments through caregiver interviews, food log reviews, and available clinical information.
- Evaluate dietary intake, food variety, meal patterns, and potential nutritional gaps.
- Develop individualized nutrition recommendations that consider sensory preferences, accepted foods, and family routines.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling directly to parents and caregivers to support implementation of recommendations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and medical providers, to support coordinated feeding care.
- Monitor progress and adjust nutrition recommendations based on caregiver feedback and team input.
- Maintain thorough and timely electronic medical record documentation.
- Participate in monthly interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned and within professional scope of practice.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD/RDN).
- Experience in pediatric nutrition, outpatient counseling, or feeding-related nutrition care preferred.
- Familiarity with autism, food selectivity, and sensory-related feeding challenges preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a family-centered approach to nutrition care.
- Ability to translate nutrition assessments into practical recommendations for caregivers and the care team.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Availability to participate in a monthly Wednesday team meeting.
