Work From Home Healthcare Call Center Agent

We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Pharmacy Insurance Specialist to help patients understand their insurance benefits and guide them through the enrollment process. If you have medical insurance experience and enjoy helping others, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing healthcare team while working remotely.

Candidates must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX.

• No Weekends

• 1+ year of recent medical insurance experience
• Patient-focused, empathetic, and compassionate approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• No time off permitted during the first 90 days of employment

• Handle inbound and outbound insurance verification calls
• Verify insurance benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses
• Assist patients with enrollment and program qualification processes
• Research and resolve insurance-related issues
• Accurately document patient interactions and account updates
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers
• Maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service
