Join Centene as a dedicated Pediatric Programs Coordinator, addressing access to care for Health Net members. This remote role emphasizes collaboration and coordination with various health services.

In this vital position, you'll triage and resolve member access issues while engaging with multiple Health Net departments, including Provider Network Management and Member Services. With at least three years of pediatric experience, you will serve as a liaison to public agency programs, enhance member access to the Empower Living Program, and support essential healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve care access issues and follow up with clients

• Collaborate with Health Net departments on member concerns

• Assist referrals to the H.E.L.P. Program

• Conduct service coordination on escalated cases

• Prepare conflict resolution documentation for Appeals

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent vocational training

• Valid California Medical Assistant Certification

• Minimum three years clinical healthcare experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with pediatric healthcare settings
