OverviewThe Audiology Extern is an entry level full-time 12 month position for students in their fourth year of an accredited doctoral program (Au.D.) The Audiology Extern provides medical audio logic services through a broad range of diagnostic and habilitative procedures while under the direct supervision of a licensed and certified CMH audiologist.

If you are selected for this position, you will be asked to supply your immunization records as proof of vaccination. If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.
- Under supervision and in accordance with certification and licensure standards, performs and documents diagnostic and rehabilitative audio logic procedures to evaluate, diagnose and treat hearing disorders in children.
- Obtains education, training, and instruction needed to acquire the skills to function independently.
- Participates in activities to increase the quality, efficiency and outcomes of patient care.
- Other Completion of third year and current enrollment in fourth year of an accredited AuD Program with which CMH&C has a current university affiliation agreement. and No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training

Starting PayOur pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $20.27/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
