Remote Senior Case Manager

In this full-time, 12-month contract position, you will engage in hands-on case management while overseeing operational coordination and quality assurance. Focusing on patient access to specialty medications, you will guide individuals through insurance and financial assistance options while collaborating with healthcare professionals and specialty pharmacies. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for enrolled patients and physicians

Requirements:
