Remote Wellness Coach

Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Wellness Coach to join their expanding team, supporting clients across South Africa. This fully remote position involves guiding individuals towards healthier lifestyles through personalized coaching, goal setting, and motivational support. You will leverage digital communication tools to connect with clients, conduct virtual sessions, and provide resources tailored to their unique wellness journeys.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about health and well-being and excels at building rapport and driving positive change remotely.

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients via video conferencing or phone calls.
• Develop personalized wellness plans focusing on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and sleep hygiene.
• Educate clients on healthy habits and provide practical strategies for sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Monitor client progress, offer encouragement, and adjust plans as needed to ensure goal achievement.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and session notes.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to share insights and contribute to program development.

• Certification from a recognized wellness coaching program (e.g., Wellcoaches, ICF accredited).
• Proven experience in coaching or a related health and wellness field.
• Strong understanding of behavior change theories and motivational interviewing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective remote client engagement.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and digital communication tools.
