About the Role
Our client is seeking a qualified and dedicated Remote Nutritionist and Dietitian to join their expanding virtual health and wellness platform. This fully remote role focuses on providing expert nutritional guidance and dietary planning to clients seeking to improve their health through balanced eating. You will conduct virtual consultations, develop personalized meal plans, and educate clients on making sustainable dietary changes.
This is an ideal position for a professional who is passionate about food as medicine and skilled at delivering effective nutritional support remotely, contributing to improved health outcomes nationwide.
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of clients, including dietary habits, health status, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop individualized nutrition and meal plans tailored to specific health goals (e.g., weight management, chronic disease control, sports nutrition).
- Provide evidence-based education on nutrition, food choices, and healthy eating principles.
- Monitor client progress, offer ongoing support and motivation, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct virtual consultations and follow-up sessions.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and document interventions and outcomes.
- Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical or counseling experience.
- Strong knowledge of nutritional science, food-based therapies, and various dietary approaches.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and motivational interviewing skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and virtual consultation software.
