Using data, advanced analytics, specialized software, and pharmacy automation, Mosaic is transforming the pharmacy experience for medically complex seniors while also helping payers achieve their quality improvement and cost savings objectives.
How You'll Make a DifferenceReporting to the VP, Data Services, you will design and build the systems that deliver RxAnte's analytic products in a scalable way, working closely with Data Services leadership and fellow developers to establish architectural design patterns.
In this role, you will help RxAnte build and maintain high value programs using iterative, agile development and modular code, while interacting directly with clients and other teams.
Your work will directly help RxAnte support the health plans and their medically complex members, by ensuring the analytic systems behind our programs are scalable, reliable, and built to support high-value outcomes.
What You'll Do- Works with Data Services leadership to develop and maintain processes and programs focused on program design.
- Establishes and maintains project-deliverable processes with an eye toward scalability and automation.
- Reworks and enhances existing base code.
- Programs client-deliverable projects using SAS and other software as required.
- Collaborates with external clients' IT teams to acquire client data, resolve data issues, and understand their data environments.
- Other activities as needed.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar development role.
- Strong SAS coding experience and skill, including system design.
- Experience working with administrative health care data (e.g., commercial medical, hospital, and pharmacy claims, and Medicare or Medicaid data), health care informatics, or health care claims processing.
- Experience designing, constructing, and using large databases for product delivery.
- Strong internal and external communication skills, with the ability and desire to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to document using Atlassian (or similar) tools and work through requirements gathering.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship.
- Experience using AI tools.

CompensationThe expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus with a target of 10% of base salary. Actual compensation within the range is determined by factors including experience, skills, and internal equity.
