Sr. Behavior Analyst; BCBA; Hybrid

• Potential Annual Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography

  Opportunities to work from home for non-billable hours with Monday-Friday. No expectation of Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions - you're in full control.

• 60+ Hours of Onboarding + Ongoing Clinical Support:

  Up to $2,500 for Behavior Analyst referrals.
• CASP Provider Access: 75+ approved CEU courses.
• No contracts, no non-competes - employment is fully at-will. We don't require contracts because we value flexibility and trust.

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
