Optum is seeking a Senior Medical Coder to perform concurrent review of FFS coding rules, ensuring CPT and E/M codes are accurately billed for maximum reimbursement and minimal denials. This role supports coding functions within charge review, claim edits, and denials to sustain revenue cycle integrity.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
Location:
Remote Nationwide. You will apply ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS knowledge, interrogate clinical documentation, and mentor others to improve coding quality
