Home Health Care, Inc. seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide one-on-one, in-home therapy across the Twin Cities metro area. You’ll travel between patients, implement OT plans, and help with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and safety in daily routines.
You’ll work under supervision of an OT, manage your day in the field, and enjoy independence with strong clinical support. Remote work not required; full-time or part-time possibilities available.
