Part Time, Day Shift during weekdays only.

Schedule can be flexible and is centered around patient needs.

Must have personal car and a valid Driver's License. Mileage reimbursement is offered for all miles driven between patient visits.

Sentara Home Care is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide.

• Personal hygiene
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Meal preparation
• Feeding
• Intake/output
• Ambulation
• Assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home

• CNA, or nurse aide/assistant certificate from accredited school (required)
• BLS (Required within 90 days)
• Experience in basic and routine patient care including personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, intake/output, ambulation, and assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.10 - $29.63 hourly.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
