Mindset Psychology – Licensed Psychologist Position (PsyD/PhD) New York – Fee-for-Service – Clinical Autonomy & Holistic Care - Remote Mindset Psychology is a thriving private practice seeking a skilled Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) trained in evidence-based individual and/or couples therapy. Join a supportive, multidisciplinary, and highly collaborative team dedicated to high-quality holistic care. Position Description
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy
to adults and adolescents - Utilize and deepen your experience in
evidence-based modalities - Participate inmonthly team meetings and clinical consultations
- Opportunity to supervise an unlicensed clinician for additional compensation
- Option to lead
groups or family therapy - Minimal administrative burden with extensive support
- Reliable
referral pipeline from our active waiting list - Integrated team collaboration with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and
Dietitian - In-network with insurance
- Paid weekly – 1099 position
- Active
New York license as a Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) - Ability to maintain a caseload of20+ clients per week
- Training in evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, IPT)
- Strong interpersonal, conceptualization, and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to holistic, culturally responsive care
