The Community Liaison is a full-time, hybrid role based in Naples, FL, with some flexibility for work from home. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community organizations, healthcare providers, and local stakeholders to promote Axiom Behavioral Health’s services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach visits, organizing and attending community events, providing information about hospital programs, and responding to inquiries from partners and families.

The Community Liaison will track outreach activities, gather feedback from the community, support marketing and educational initiatives, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless transitions into care. This role also involves developing materials that clearly communicate services, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and representing the hospital in a professional, mission-driven manner.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking, active listening, and clear written communication.
• Experience in outreach, community engagement, or business development within healthcare, behavioral health, or social services is preferred.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple outreach activities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Comfort using technology, including email, virtual meeting platforms, CRM or database tools, and basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of behavioral health or mental health services, or willingness to learn and represent clinical programs accurately and respectfully.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and independently in both on-site and remote settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel in the Naples area.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Communications, Marketing, Social Work, Psychology, or Healthcare Administration) or equivalent relevant experience.
