- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients undergoing addiction recovery.
- Develop personalized recovery plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.

- Offer encouragement and motivation throughout the recovery process.
- Connect clients with appropriate community resources and support groups.
- Maintain confidential client records and track progress towards recovery milestones.
- Personal lived experience with recovery and/or relevant certifications in addiction counseling or coaching.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with substance use disorders.
- Excellent listening, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills.
- Strong understanding of addiction and recovery principles.
- Proficiency with video conferencing and remote communication platforms.
