• Conduct comprehensive client assessments via video calls to understand their physical condition and therapeutic goals.
• Develop and demonstrate personalized massage techniques, stretches, and relaxation exercises for clients to perform independently.
• Provide expert advice on posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle adjustments to support therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate clients on the benefits of various massage modalities and self-care practices.
• Maintain detailed client records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Stay current with the latest research and techniques in therapeutic massage and remote wellness coaching.

• Professional certification from an accredited massage therapy school.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a licensed and practicing Massage Therapist.
• Proven expertise in a variety of massage modalities (e.g., deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage).
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to convey instructions clearly.
• Comfortable and proficient with video conferencing platforms and telehealth technology.
