Avante Care & Support’s Malling Grange care home opening Autumn 2026 is seeking a Care & Support Assistant to help residents live happy, fulfilling lives with compassionate care and daily support. The role focuses on promoting independence, wellbeing and meaningful connections in a brand-new setting.
Initial placement will be at Pilgrims View, Snodland, ME6 5HL
, before transferring to Malling Grange once the home opens. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
