CNA-Caregiver-Fremont CA

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults! We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver I to provide hands-on personal care in an onsite center/clinic environment.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other daily activities.
• Provide escort assistance, housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry support as assigned.
• Follow individualized care plans to support patient dignity, safety, and independence.
• Observe, document, and promptly report changes in patient condition.
• Use proper body mechanics, infection-control precautions, and appropriate protective equipment.
• Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and care team members.

• At least one year of experience caring for elderly or frail individuals

• Current BLS/CPR certification
  .
• CNA or HHA certification
• Basic conversational and written English for communication and care documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy care environment.
• Flexibility to support home-based and center-based services as assigned.
• Ability to perform physical care duties, including occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Must be at least 18 years old when working in a licensed adult day program.
• Additional language skills may be required based on patient needs.
• Experience in home care, adult day programs, or training other caregivers is a plus.
