As an Account Lead, you will engage with disability referral sources and CBI Health clinicians, ensuring exceptional customer service and alignment with client needs. In this remote role, you will monitor key performance indicators and facilitate communication between stakeholders to enhance service delivery and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate regular checkpoints with designated Account representatives

• Oversee clinical files and enhance collaborative contact

• Review referrals collaboratively with Account teams

• Address complex files with the National Manager

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators for service improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• 3+ years in clinical disability coordination

• Experience in health or rehabilitation sectors

• Familiarity with disability insurance processes

• Strong client service and negotiation skills
