This full-time role focuses on patient and provider support within Cencora's Innomar Strategies business in Canada. As a Caseworker, you will manage reimbursement documentation, coordinate case updates, and resolve issues to ensure efficient case progression. This position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with reimbursement processes for timely coverage

• Coordinate necessary documentation and case updates

• Resolve routine reimbursement issues and document gaps

• Maintain accurate case records and updates

• Monitor reimbursement trends and escalate issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years in reimbursement support or related field

• Preferred certification in customer support or process improvement

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
