Helio Health’s In Community Program seeks an Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) Interventionist for Madison County, NY. The role focuses on in-home, short-term therapeutic interventions for youth to prevent out-of-home placement and hospitalization.
The position requires LMHP licensure preferred (LMSW/LMHC/LCSW/LCAT/LMFT) or a master’s level candidate with relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational and communication skills. A sign-on incentive may apply.
