Mind View Therapy is a New York-based outpatient group practice providing evidence-based care to adult clients across New York State. We deliver high-quality clinical care in a sustainable, clinician-centered model supported by strong operations, technology, and ethical standards.

We are measurement-based and progress-driven. Care is structured, outcomes are tracked, and clinical decisions are informed by data rather than guesswork.

You will provide telehealth psychotherapy to an adult caseload under an independent New York State LMHC or LCSW license. Scheduling, intake coordination, and insurance billing are handled by our operations team so you can focus on clinical work.

• Conduct approximately 25 to 30 telehealth psychotherapy sessions per week once fully ramped.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within required time frames.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including CBT, ACT, ERP, CPT, and similar modalities.

• Ongoing training in evidence-based modalities and measurement-based care.
• Peer consultation group and shared clinical learning across the team.
• Continuous skills development at no cost to you.

• Track and document clinical outcomes using validated measures including PHQ-9, GAD-7, and OCI-R.
• Use outcome data to inform treatment planning and progress review.
• Collaborate with primary care and psychiatric providers when clinically indicated.
• Active New York State LMHC or LCSW license (fully licensed).
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients in an outpatient setting.
• Private, secure work-from-home space with reliable high-speed internet.
• Ability to pass required New York State background screening.

• Experience in adult outpatient or telehealth settings.
• Training or experience with structured, evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Fee-for-service at $55-$60 per billable session. Transitions into W2 at full caseload
• Estimated annual earnings at weekly sessions of 25-30: $85,000 - $90,000
• Full case load is 30 clients per week. Sessions beyond a 30-client caseload earn an additional $5 to $7 per session on top of the base rate.

Experienced clinicians can take on supervision of limited permit holders.

As we grow, we need clinical leads, team managers, and eventually state and regional directors. These roles are filled by clinicians who have built their caseload and demonstrated strong clinical judgment here.

• Telehealth only. Serve clients located anywhere in New York State.
• At least one evening availability block required.
