Position Overview

You will deliver telehealth psychotherapy to an adult caseload while practicing under a New York Limited Permit (MHC-LP). Scheduling, intake, and insurance billing are handled by our operations team so you can focus on clinical work.

Core Duties

Conduct 25 to 30 video sessions per week once your caseload ramps. (ramp takes 2-3months)
Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours.
Deliver CBT, ACT, ERP, CPT, and other evidence-based interventions.

Training and Supervision

6 week dual track training - foundation and documentation.
Robust onboarding and ongoing training in evidence-based modalities and measurement-based care.
Weekly individual supervision plus a small peer consultation group.
Continuous skills training at no cost to you.
Master's degree from a CACREP or MPCAC program, or a 60-credit, NYSED-registered licensure-qualifying counseling program.
New York Limited Permit in Mental Health Counseling or eligibility to apply (we cover the application and guide you through the process).
Private, secure work-from-home space with reliable high-speed internet.
Ability to pass NY OMH background screening.

Only accepting Limited Permit Mental Health Counselors who are able to obtain or already have their limited permit in the state of New York

Preferred Qualifications

Two semesters of adult outpatient internship or practicum.
Working knowledge of at least one treatment protocol.

Compensation

$40 - $45 per billable hour. Bonus structure for clients seen over 30 per week (+5$ per)
Approximately $63,000-$70,200 per year.
