MAXIMUS is seeking a CALM Safeguarding & Therapeutic Lead for a part-time, home-based UK role. The position runs on evenings, with shifts Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 16:30–00:30, plus Wednesday evenings 16:30–00:30 as required.
You will ensure safeguarding compliance, staff emotional wellbeing, and robust safeguarding practice across the helpline, while supporting outside agencies and delivering staff training. Strong remote collaboration is essential.
