Have you spent years running a medical practice? Come help other practices.

Tri Fetch makes Linda, an AI assistant that works inside a practice's existing EMR and takes on the work that buries the front desk: patient calls, referrals, prior authorizations and scheduling. Practices across the country use Linda today, and we are funded and growing. We need someone who has lived this work to help each practice get set up and get the most out of it.

This is a full-time, remote job. You can live anywhere in the U.S. We especially want to hear from people in the Midwest, the South, and rural and small-town communities, where so many independent practices are. No relocation, no office to come into.

• Get each new practice started: learn how their office runs today, train their staff, and be on site for go-live. An engineer handles the technical setup.
• Check in with every practice at least once a month: what is working, what isn't, what comes next.
• Be the practice's voice inside Tri Fetch. When something is broken or confusing, you track it, bring it to our team, and keep the practice posted until it is fixed.
• Help practices hand more of their work to Linda over time (phones, referrals, prior auths, scheduling), one step at a time.
• Write down what works so every new practice gets a smoother start.
• Over time you will look after 40 to 50 practices.

• 10+ years running or managing a medical practice: front desk, scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, billing. Required.
• Daily, hands-on experience with an EMR such as eClinical
  
  Works, athenahealth, Next Gen, Epic or Allscripts. You could sit down at any front-desk workstation and find your way around. Required.
• You have trained staff on a new process and stuck with it until it took hold.
• Doctors, office managers and front-desk staff trust you.
• You are comfortable learning new software. No technical background, coding or tech-company experience needed.
• Experience at an EHR vendor, billing company or MSO is a plus, not a requirement.

• Travel about one week a month to customer practices, a little more during go-live
• Base salary plus a bonus tied to how your practices do
