Tennessee Remote Therapist — Ellie Mental Health

• Clinical Practice:
  Conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver creative, effective therapeutic interventions.
• Documentation:
  Prepare and submit diagnostic assessments, treatment plan updates, and case notes in compliance with company timelines and guidelines.
• Caseload Expectation:
  Maintain a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time status.
• Care Coordination:
  Collaborate with case managers, medical providers, school staff, work personnel, and family members to provide comprehensive care.
• Engagement:
  Participate in clinical staff meetings, team consults, and ongoing trainings.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure:
  Active Tennessee clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP, etc.) or actively on track toward licensure. Fully licensed clinicians preferred to be credentialed with insurance panels.

  Proven ability to complete Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.

  Skills:
  
  Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms (Valant experience is a plus).
• Professional Standards:
  Excellent written and verbal communication, clear boundary setting, and experience working with diverse populations.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
