NMC and HCPC professionals eligible to apply.

• Excellent starting salary at £42,000pa
• Monday to Friday working hours
• Full time and part time available (4 or 5 days per week available)
• Redruth based when working on-site
• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + the ability to buy or sell 5 more days + pension

• NMC or HCPC fees paid for and CPD revalidation support provided

The PIP Disability Assessor role will involve you carrying out 3 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. Youll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.

That's the good news; the DWP make the final decision, you don't. Your role is to gather information and produce the report.

• An NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) or HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist with 1 years or more broad post-registration experience
• Someone whos proactive and keen to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Competent IT and computer skills
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health
