Regulatory Compliance & Clinical Governance Pharmacist – Online Pharmacy

Are you a pharmacist who enjoys building the systems that keep patients safe? Join a fast-growing online healthcare and distance-selling pharmacy business as our Regulatory Compliance & Clinical Governance Pharmacist, with a clear path to becoming our Superintendent Pharmacist.

You’ll lead safety, standards and governance across our online platforms and dispensary. That means creating the clinical rules, questionnaires and policies needed to supply Prescription-Only Medicines online safely and legally and keeping us inspection-ready for both the GPhC and CQC.

• Set up and approve clinical questionnaires, risk assessments, PGDs and protocols for our online services
• Audit prescribing decisions and lead on recalls, safety alerts and incident investigations
• Work regular shifts as Responsible Pharmacist, leading and developing our dispensary team
• Write and maintain SOPs, and build a strong patient-safety culture
• Advise the Directors on safe, compliant ways to launch new services

• GPhC registration in good standing
• At least 3 years' post-qualification experience, including compliance, quality or clinical governance
• Knowledge of distance-selling pharmacy rules and online prescribing services
• Independent Prescriber qualification and experience of GPhC or CQC inspections are a strong advantage
