Position: Remote Account Lead at CBI Health

Shape patient care as a Remote Account Lead with CBI Health. Collaborate closely with disability referral sources and clinicians to ensure effective service and exceptional client experiences.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in clinical coordination, with a focus on client relationships. You will manage referrals, communicate growth opportunities, and ensure service quality that exceeds established standards. This position supports both the operational and client care sides of our healthcare services, ensuring insight and efficacy in collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate regular checkpoints with Account representatives

• Maintain oversight of clinical files during assessments

• Review referrals in collaboration with Accounts

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators with the Business Services team

• Ensure consistent clinical outcomes and delivery practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• 3+ years in clinical or disability coordination roles

• Experience in health, rehabilitation, or vocational sectors

• Familiarity with disability insurance is a plus

• Client-focused with strong negotiation skills
