Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
Kindness and genuine interest in older people
