Support customers with learning and physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential
Work as a key worker to help individuals create and follow care and support plans
Provide personalised care, including sensitive personal care and safe medication management
Support customers to access the community, including shops, cafés, friends and appointments
Help maintain a clean and comfortable environment and follow safe practices, including risk assessments
Experience delivering personal care is helpful but not essential
Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
