West Coast Wound & Skin Care seeks a skilled Physical Therapist to provide home-based PT in the Antelope Valley region. You will travel to patients' homes for evaluations, develop plans of care, deliver interventions, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers to improve mobility and independence.
This 1099 contractor role offers a guaranteed base pay of $1,200 per week, plus $50 per patient visit (minimum 6 visits daily) and $50 for each additional visit.
