Hybrid Primary Care NP​/PA — Remote

One Medical is seeking a Health Practitioner to join our hybrid, full-time team based in the Cow Hollow area of San Francisco, CA. You will manage diverse patient panels, perform in-office and testing-center visits, and participate in telehealth sessions as part of a collaborative care team.

You will engage in weekly Clinical Rounds, ongoing professional development, and be encouraged to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states.
