Good Thoughts Therapy is seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled Therapist to provide impactful outpatient mental health care in an in-person setting. What You Will Do:

• Provide thoughtful outpatient counseling and therapy services for children, individuals, and families experiencing mental health, behavioral health, trauma, autism-related, and life-transition concerns.
• Conduct clinical assessments, support diagnosis when appropriate, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals, strengths, and needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and behavior-focused strategies.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, treatment planning, discharge planning, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate with clients, families, care providers, and community resources to promote coordinated, client-centered outcomes.

Requirements:

• You have graduated with a Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field and are currently completing hours toward your LPC Licensure.
• You are a Licensed clinician in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC, LBS, BCBA or Psychologist)
• You have a strong foundation in outpatient mental health counseling, behavioral health treatment, psychology, or related clinical practice.
• You can build trust with diverse clients through empathy, professionalism, sound judgment, and clear therapeutic communication.
• You are confident creating treatment plans, applying clinical interventions, and responding calmly to urgent or crisis-related situations.
• You are organized and committed to completing high-quality documentation while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Nice to Have:

• Experience providing telehealth or telemedicine services is valued, especially for clinicians who can adapt therapeutic care across care settings.
• Experience with autism services, Applied Behavior Analysis principles, psychiatry coordination, or trauma-informed modalities is welcomed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• This Therapist position offers an annual salary range of $47,350 to $78,230, based on qualifications, licensure, and relevant experience.
