Rula Health is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with full scheduling autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and telehealth capabilities to serve clients across WA.
Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows/late cancellations. In-person session bonuses of $20 increase base pay for new providers.
