Spark Joy ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. The role combines in-person attendance at our Ontario, OH clinic 1-2 days per week with remote work based on client needs.
You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, train families, and supervise BTs and RBTs while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
