Casual (0.0 FTE) 8-hour day shift with no weekends Position is on site in St. Paul, MN with ability to occasionally work from home depending on program needs.

Allina Health is hiring a casual Mental Health Therapist at our United Hospital campus, supporting adolescent and/or adult partial hospital, day treatment, and intensive outpatient services. This is casual day-shift role scheduled to provide coverage for leaves and vacations. Scheduled days are Monday - Friday and there are no weekends or call required.

• Facilitating group therapy as well as providing therapy and clinical support in PHP, Day Treatment, and IOP settings including individual, and family therapy
• Working with adolescent and adult populations in person or virtually
• Completing intakes, discharges, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including, but not limited to, psychiatry, nursing and other therapists
• Supporting patient-centered, culturally responsive behavioral health care

Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field MN DHS Mental Health Professional

• MN § 245I.04, Subd 2-3 Licenses/Certifications
• Licensed Ind Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy required upon hire or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy required upon hire or Licensed Psychologist-MN Board of Psychology required upon hire
• Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
• Allina in-house BLS training (within 180 days of hire)

This position will consider pre-independently licensed individuals who have completed their masters and are on the LGSW, LPCC or LMFT track.

Sedentary:
Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently

Pay Range: $35.61 to $48.81 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
