This position is entirely remote, leveraging a state-of-the-art telehealth platform that supports various communication methods, including video conferencing, voice calls, and digital messaging. Counselors can utilize online journals and implement goal-setting and tracking programs, all tailored to enhance the patient experience. With no need for in-person consultations, you can work from the comfort of your own home while making an impactful difference in the lives of your clients.

As an LPCC, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and setting effective treatment goals.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual clients, utilizing tools such as online journals and clinical worksheets.
• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans accordingly, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.
• Documenting clinical notes and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards and insurance requirements using our secure electronic health record system.
• Participating in regular peer consultations and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

Your role will focus on working with adult clients who present with low acuity mental health concerns. You will not encounter severe mental health cases on our platform, allowing for a targeted approach to therapy. By connecting with clients suffering from manageable issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, you can provide them with the support needed to improve their quality of life.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
• A current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) without any disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer are essential for delivering telehealth services effectively.

While not mandatory, successful applicants may enhance their candidacy through:

• Experience using telehealth technologies and platforms.
• Prior work with low acuity adult patients in individual therapy settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and mindfulness practices.
