• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify the mental health needs and treatment goals of clients.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop a holistic understanding of clients through thorough case histories.
• Create personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, ensuring they are specific to clients' cultural and individual needs.
• Deliver ongoing therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing particularly on mood disorders.
• Maintain a manageable caseload while providing dedicated support to each client, which includes regular check-ins and progress evaluations.
• Facilitate case consultations with team members to discuss client progress and coordinate comprehensive care.
• Recommend adjustments to treatment plans based on continual assessment and client feedback.
• Document all interactions and case notes accurately and professionally, staying compliant with legal and ethical standards.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical guidelines in all client interactions, ensuring a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory; credentials as an LCSW or LMFT are also welcome.
• A deep understanding of psychopharmacology is crucial, along with the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals.
