• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on comprehensive assessments and diagnostics.
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards established by professional organizations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain updated on emerging trends and research in mental health and therapeutic practices.
• Utilize appropriate software for electronic medical records (EMR) management, ensuring efficient documentation and client tracking.
