This is a full-time remote position that allows counselors to manage their caseloads flexibly while working from the comfort of their own home or preferred location. Although work is conducted remotely, our team culture emphasizes collaboration, communication, and ongoing professional development.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to craft individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for open dialogue.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, incorporating input from medical professionals and allied health workers.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.
• Participate in continuous professional education through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health.

The LPC will work primarily with a diverse client population, including individuals who face significant barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. The cases may involve various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral difficulties. A key focus of our services is to promote resilience, empowerment, and healing in clients striving for better emotional health.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is necessary, demonstrating proficiency in working with diverse populations.
• A strong understanding of pertinent legal and ethical guidelines in the mental health profession.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a variety of clientele.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other related technologies to enhance service delivery.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• A history of working collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide integrated client care is beneficial.
