Job Description

Starting Salary £51,582.24

• Full time Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
• Opportunity to achieve a £2k salary uplift over the first 12 months, based on achievement of development milestones.
• Further salary uplifts as you learn new specialist skills from year 2.
• Up to 10% quarterly discretionary bonus
• 25 days holiday (+BH) with the option to buy more

As a Functional Assessor, you'll continue to utilise your clinical expertise, maintain your registration, and enjoy a better work-life balance. If you have a minimum of 12 months' post-registration experience and have been practising as a clinician throughout the last year, we'd love to hear from you. If you are a pharmacist, we welcome your application if you have a minimum of 18 months experience.

Flexibility and remote working:

We offer a number of flexible working arrangements that suit those who prefer to work in an Assessment Centre full time or in a hybrid role.

Working hours throughout your training are 9.00am
-5.00pm Monday to Friday. Once training has been completed (typically around six months), other working patterns are available.
