This role offers a fully remote work setting that allows you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home or a preferred location. You will be part of a supportive team of mental health professionals who collaborate to ensure the highest standards of care. The scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, maintaining a healthy work-life balance without weekend obligations.

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be tasked with:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the client’s needs.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation for all patient interactions in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to develop and adjust comprehensive treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Utilizing telehealth platforms to provide seamless virtual care to patients and ensure consistent engagement.
• Participating in regular case consultations to enhance strategies and improve patient outcomes.

This position will involve working with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will be instrumental in creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while guiding them towards sustainable mental wellness.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field, such as social work or counseling.
• An active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and platforms to deliver effective remote counseling services.

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, specifically in a remote or community health setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in therapy.
