Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid

Autism 360 | Conover, NC

$90,000–$100,000 per year | Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

25 in-person billable hours + 15 flexible hours each week

Build your BCBA career around clear expectations, competitive compensation, and flexibility for the work that happens beyond direct clinical services.

Autism 360 is hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll stay connected to your learners, families, and clinical team while having dedicated time for treatment planning, documentation, data review, and collaboration.

What "Hybrid" Means in This Role

Our hybrid structure is clearly defined:

  • 25 hours per week:
In-person, billable clinical services under CPT 97155.
  • 15 hours per week:
Additional responsibilities completed remotely or onsite, based on workflow and business needs.
  • 40 total hours per week: A full-time schedule with time allocated for both billable services and other clinical responsibilities.

This is not a fully remote position. The role requires 25 in-person billable hours each week in clinic/home. The remaining 15 hours offer flexibility in work location based on workflow and business needs.

Why Join Autism 360?
  • Annual salary of $90,000–$100,000.
  • A defined requirement of 25 in-person billable hours per week.
  • 15 flexible hours for the additional responsibilities that support quality care.
  • Continued connection with learners, caregivers, and your clinical team.
  • Opportunities to mentor RBTs and grow as a clinician and leader.
  • A collaborative environment focused on meaningful progress for children with autism.
What You'll Do

As a Hybrid BCBA, you'll provide clinical oversight, guide individualized ABA treatment, and support the people involved in each learner's care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 25 weekly in-person billable hours under CPT 97155.
  • Developing, monitoring, and modifying individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs.
  • Conducting clinical supervision and ongoing treatment reviews.
  • Analyzing clinical data and using findings to guide treatment decisions.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and providing clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborating with caregivers to support learner progress beyond the clinic.
  • Completing treatment planning, documentation, data review, and communication within required timelines.
  • Partnering with fellow clinicians and team members to coordinate care.
  • Maintaining ethical, clinically appropriate service delivery consistent with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), payer, and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Current North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain it, as applicable.
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
  • Strong clinical judgment and practical knowledge of ABA principles.
  • Ability to coach and collaborate with RBTs, caregivers, and fellow clinicians.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work full-time and provide 25 in-person billable hours per week in Conover, NC.
Time for the Full Scope of Your Work

Effective clinical care involves more than meeting a billable requirement. It also requires thoughtful planning, data analysis, documentation, team guidance, and caregiver collaboration.

This role allocates time for those responsibilities within a 40-hour workweek—with a defined balance of in-person clinical services and flexible work.

If you're looking for a BCBA opportunity that keeps you involved in hands-on clinical care while offering flexibility for the rest of your responsibilities, apply today to join Autism 360.

Autism 360 is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and supportive workplace where every team member has the opportunity to succeed.
