The home base is the UHS Primary Care Upper Front Street site, with travel limited to practices within a 30-mile radius of the home base (Upper Front St, Greene, Clinton Street Centers).
The role includes coverage of patient panels and possible telemedicine from home base. New graduates may join the Advance Practice Residency Program.
