eLuma is seeking virtual speech-language pathologists licensed in FL
who share in our mission to help all students achieve their potential.

We are actively placing FL licensed SLPs for the  school year. You work remotely from your own space, on a schedule built around your life, backed by strong clinical support and a team that has been doing this for a long time.

• Deliver virtual speech-language therapy services to K-12 students under established IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Develop and monitor IEP goals aligned to communication, language, and literacy outcomes
• Collaborate with school-based teams, special education staff, and families
• Complete required documentation and session notes within district-set timelines
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed, virtually

Required:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active license in FL
• Minimum of one year of experience providing school-based therapy services directed by a student’s Individualized Education Plan and evaluations
• Availability Monday through Friday during standard school hours

Preferred, or a Plus:

• Prior teletherapy or virtual service delivery experience
• Experience with caseloads across multiple grade levels or disability categories
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and other languages welcome)
