The Bair Foundation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
YOUR JOBThis isn’t just another therapist job — it’s a calling. At The Bair Foundation, you’ll join a team dedicated to walking alongside youth and their families with significant mental health challenges. As an Intensive Home-Based Therapist (IHBT), you’ll bring evidence-based treatment and support directly into clients’ homes and communities, meeting them where they are in their recovery journey.
Unlike traditional agencies, you’ll carry a smaller caseload of just 6 clients, meeting with each for approximately 3 hours per week. This structure allows you to build deeper, more meaningful relationships and spend intentional time supporting each individual’s progress.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for billing 18 hours of direct client service per week, ensuring focused, high-impact engagement while maintaining a manageable and sustainable workload. You’ll play a vital role in crisis stabilization, recovery planning, and ongoing support, helping clients and their families find stability, build resilience, and move toward healthier, more independent lives.
Because you’ll be meeting clients in their homes and communities, reliable transportation is essential. The good news? You’ll be reimbursed for mileage .60c to the mile, and every mile you drive will make a real impact in someone’s life.
Location: Portage, Summit, and Stark County, Ohio
