Center-Based Position with Flexibility to Complete Eligible Indirect Billable Work from Home

• Conduct initial assessments and complete reauthorizations within established timelines
• Provide supervision and support to BT/RBT staff
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and behavior plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Complete parent training and caregiver collaboration
• Collaborate professionally with teachers and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and team collaboration
• Support ethical, compassionate, and individualized client care

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Ability to pass criminal background check and fingerprinting
• Completion of 8-hour supervisor training preferred
• Competency in behavior skills training (BST) preferred
